CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Our client, a Paper manufacturing company based in Thailand seeks to hire a Channel Development executive in TUNISIA, MOROCCO, ALGERIA, BAHREIN, LIBYA,SENEGAL, IVORY COAST , MADAGASCAR, IN ALL AFRICAN COUNTRIES. The successful candidate will start at 1 year contract depending on the local emloyment regulation.
The roles and responsibilities will include the following:
1. Distributor management.This is the key to successful channel development. An effective distributor will have the ability to cover the market; it is the CDM’s responsibility to enable him to achieve market coverage consistent with COMPANY’s channel objectives
.2. Channel development and strategy.
3. Channel promotion plan and implementation.
This is an extension of the Channel and Customer strategy. COMPANY will provide funds to manage channel and customer growth
4. Trade price stability.
5. Sales team management and development.
6. Submit HQ required monthly reports.
7. Competitor analysis
8.25-34years old COMPULSORY
9.DEGREE/BACHELOR IN MARKETING, SALES, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR ANY RELATED FIED.(NON NEGOCIABLE)
10.1 to 2 years d’experience
.Basic Salary + MBO + Mobile phone Allowance + Internet Support & Home Office Allowance +Car Allowance + Fuel Allowance : Reimburse per kilometer according to the Company Rules and Regulation
